Användarvillkor för FinnVibe-tjänsten.
1. Purpose of the service
FinnVibe is a discovery service for events, things to do and local services. Advertisers may publish details, images, links, locations and route guidance. Events and Things to do may use offer, push and email boosts. Services are published as basic listings. FinnVibe is not the ticket seller or organiser unless explicitly stated.
2. Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the listing name, description, classification, event time or opening hours, location, prices, links, availability information and other terms are accurate and up to date. The advertiser must update the information if an event is cancelled or postponed, a service closes, destination details change or an offer is no longer valid.
3. Offer boosts and marketing visibility
An offer boost or discount code is provided by the advertiser. FinnVibe may show it in the service, search results, listing page, push notification or email digest. Offer, push and email boosts are available only for Events and Things to do. Services are published without these boosts. Final price, availability and purchase terms must always be checked from the advertiser’s own sales channel.
4. Visibility packages and add-on services
Advertisers may purchase a basic visibility package, annual package or listing-specific add-ons. Offer, push and email boosts may be attached only to Events and Things to do. Services have basic listings only. Package content, validity, listing limits, permitted content types and price are determined by the information shown at purchase. Payments are not refunded if a listing is removed due to misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or terms-violating content.
5. Moderation and removal of content
FinnVibe may edit, hide or remove a listing, user account, company account, discount code or other content if it is incorrect, inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, infringes third-party rights or conflicts with the purpose of the service. FinnVibe may also restrict use of the service in cases of misuse.
6. User responsibility
Users must check the final times, location, availability, price, accessibility, age restrictions, booking and cancellation terms and other details for an event, activity or service from the advertiser’s official source before purchasing or visiting. FinnVibe is not responsible for execution, sales, arrangements, cancellations, price changes or conditions at the destination.
7. Email, push and direct marketing
Email, push and other electronic marketing messages are sent only to users who have consented or where the law permits such communication. Recipients may unsubscribe from email using the link in each message and disable push notifications in browser or device settings. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that offer texts and marketing claims are accurate.
8. Changes to terms
FinnVibe may update these terms as the service develops. New terms become effective when published in the service. Significant changes may be announced in the service or by email.
9. Personal data and cookies
FinnVibe processes personal data needed for using the service, provider accounts, communications, payments, security and service development. The service may use technically necessary cookies and visitor analytics.
10. Changes
FinnVibe may update the terms, service features, pricing and operating models. Continuing to use the service after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
